Buy-low skaters whose underlying process is strong but whose results are being held down by bad luck - then pick one to see which of your players fit what their owner's roster needs.

Buy-Low averages two ranks within the position group: C-Score (underlying process) and how far below their own career S%, oiS% and IPP a player is running. Only players currently running cold are listed - lower is better. A luck metric only counts once it has a real sample (20+ shots for S%, 10+ games for oiS% and IPP).
In the Luck / Regression columns,redshading means running hot vs. career baseline (due to cool off);bluemeans running cold (could be due for positive regression) - the deeper the shade, the bigger the gap from baseline.
